• Once we have confirmed your payment from our bank or a text message from from Globe Telecoms (If you paid through G-Cash) we then send your item of choice thru AIR21, JRS EXPRESS, DHL or whatever is convenient for us.
WE DONT SHIP USING XEND or OCS and WE ALSO DON'T ARRANGE PICK-UPS & MEET-UPS.• After we send it, we will give you the tracking number of the item and the telephone number of the courier so you could check where your item is. The responsibility of VIVA VINTAGE with the item ends at this point.
• Once we have sent it, you will receive the item the next day.
